Agrolite provides landscape design, development, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and client agreement.
2. Estimates and Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions and client requests.
3. Payments
A 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other unforeseen delays.
Agrolite will communicate any changes to project duration as early as possible.
5. Site Access
The client agrees to provide clear and safe access to the site during the project duration.
Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds are subject to the stage of project completion and expenses already incurred.
A cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply.
7. Warranty
Plant materials are warranted for 30 days from the date of installation, provided they are cared for as per our instructions.
Hardscape installations are warranted for 12 months against structural defects.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client must disclose any underground utilities or site hazards.
Agrolite is not liable for damage caused by hidden or undisclosed elements.
9. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Agrolite unless otherwise agreed.
Reproduction or reuse of designs without written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Agrolite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
